Payment Policy / Política de Pago
A 30% deposit of the total stay is required to confirm and secure your reservation. The remaining 70% is due upon check-in.
Se requiere un pago inicial del 30% del total de la estancia para confirmar y reservar las fechas. El 70% restante deberá liquidarse al momento del check-in.
Cancellation Policy / Política de Cancelación
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Cancelaciones realizadas con 30 días o más de anticipación a la fecha de llegada recibirán un reembolso completo del depósito. Cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 30 días de anticipación no son reembolsables. En caso de no presentarse, se perderá el monto total de la reserva.
Quiet Hours / Horario de Silencio
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. This applies to all areas of the property, including the pool, terrace, and shared spaces.
Se solicita respetar el horario de silencio de 10:00 PM a 9:00 AM. Este horario aplica en todas las áreas de la propiedad, incluyendo la alberca, terraza y áreas comunes.
No-Party Policy / Política de Fiestas
Parties, events, or gatherings with guests not registered in the reservation are strictly prohibited. Casa Latino is a private retreat designed for rest, privacy, and quiet enjoyment.
No se permiten fiestas, eventos ni reuniones con personas externas a los huéspedes registrados. Casa Latino es un retiro privado diseñado para el descanso, la privacidad y la tranquilidad de sus huéspedes y vecinos.
